Business China Visa
IIf applying by post or in person at the office all documents and application forms must be scanned to us via email at [email protected] in a pdf format for a pre check ensuring all documents are correct , ensure all the application form is fully completed to avoid delays , also a digital photo of the applicant on a white backround and copy of the passport digital page must also be scanned to us on a jpg format on a seperate file, when the applicant attends the biometric appointment they will have to also bring a hard copy passport sized photo and their passport , please ensure that the photograph has a white backround this must be done advance before attending the office or posting the documents , once all documents has been prechecked one of the visa advisers will be in contact to arrange a date and time to attend for biometrics and confirm that all documents are correct. .
1)If you have been to China before we will require a copy of your old visa. Passport-(please ensure 4 pages are clear in your passport) send original passport as visa has to go in it
2)Passport Sized Photo- with white backround showing full face.
3)Application form – form must be dated and signed and completed on the computer- Click here to download the application pack
4) Business invite letter this must contain- this can be emailed
- Include all contact details: email, phone, fax, address, company name
- State the applicants details exactly as it appears in their passport: full name, passport number, date of birth, gender
- State the relationship between the applicant and inviting company in China
- State the applicants source of financial support whilst in China
- State the date of issue (including year)
- State the length of stay, number of entries, date of entry and sate of exit in China
- State the place and purpose of the visit
- State the inviters name as per passport in Chinese characters
- Bear the official company stamp (or company “chop” stamp with a copy of the Chinese Company Licence)
- Be signed in Chinese characters
- Be issued within the last 3 months
5)Payment can be made over the phone by calling 0845 388 2328, sending in payment form

As from 1st November 2018 all applicants will be required to give Fingerprints when they are applying, except applicants under the age of 14 and over the age of 70 and those who have finger mutilation.
