Tourist China Visa

If applying by post or  in person at the office all documents and application forms must be scanned to us via email at [email protected] in a pdf format for a pre check ensuring all documents are correct , ensure all the application form is fully completed to avoid delays ,  also a digital photo  of the applicant on a white backround and copy of the passport digital page must also be scanned to us on a jpg format on a seperate file, when  the applicant attends the biometric appointment  they  will have to also bring  a hard copy  passport sized photo  and their passport  , please ensure that the photograph has a white backround  this must be done  advance before attending the office or posting the documents , once all documents has been prechecked one of the visa advisers will be in contact to arrange a date and time to attend for biometrics and confirm that all documents are correct.

Application declartion

1)If you have been to China before we will require a copy of your old visa. Passport-(please ensure 4 pages are clear in your passport) send original passport as visa has to go in it
2)Passport Sized Photo- with white backround showing full face.
3)Application form – form must be dated and signed and completed on the computer- Click here to download application pack
4)Confirmed Flight and Hotel with applicants name, if traveling on a cruise a copy of the cruise confirmation must be provided, if flying into China to join the cruise the flight details and confirmation must be provided.
5)If being invited a letter of invite letter must be provided and the invitees ID card (resident card) if person holds a working visa or study visa in China a copy of that must be made along with the resident permit.
letter of invite must contain

• Chinese address
• Chinese Telephone
• Name of Applicant
• Passport number of Applicant
• Date of arrival
• Date of departure
• Must be signed

Relationship between applicant and the invitee  must be provided ie if visiting mother or father a copy of the birth certificate must be provided of the applicant to prove the relationship , if mother and father are visiting their child a copy of the birth certificate of the Children must be provided .

6) For minors traveling please provide a copy of their Full Birth Certificate showing both parent’s names along with a copy of both parents passport page.

As from 1st November 2018 all applicants will be required to give Fingerprints when they are applying, except applicants under the age of 14 and over the age of 70 and those who have finger mutilation.

*****APPLICANTS WHO WISH TO APPLY  THROUGH OUR THE POSTAL SERVICE WE  WILL ARRANGE A TIME FOR FINGERPRINT Biometrics ONCE THE DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND CHECKED *****

( THE APPLICANTS  WILL NEED TO ATTEND OUR  OFFICE BEFORE 10.45AM  MONDAY TO FRIDAY TO APPLY FOR THE  EXPRESS SERVICE ON THE SAME DAY WHERE WE WILL ARRANGE FOR THE APPLICANT TO  HAVE FINGERPRINTS Biometrics AT THE VISA CENTRE)
